Network meeting leadership ethics: making digitalization ethical

Alumni of the Wittenberg Leadership Colloquium met for the fifth time on March 1 and 2 - this time at the Allianz in Unterföhring.

A joint campus tour was followed by exciting impulses for the digital transformation led by Jens Grote (board member of the Allianz Consulting and Sales Corporation), Henrik Schulz (Head of Digital Processes), Dr. Martin Stadler (head of division for insurance law & fundamental issues) and Dr. David Reinisch (Head of the intern Allianz think tank "Arbeitswelt 4.0"). Afterwards, the participants discussed in working groups the topics "Pay as You Live: A fair innovation?!" and "Ethical Leadership Compass," which were prepared by the Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics. In addition to company-wide and cross-sector exchange, the goal was to apply the ethical instruments conveyed in the colloquium to current questions faced in the present. The participants contributed their different perspectives and experiences; this year from the chemical, energy, software development and aviation industries.

We thank the Alliance for their hospitality and look forward to the next Wittenberg Leadership Colloquium, which is already planned for September 2018.
