Dialogue Processes

We develop dialogue processes for negotiating partners and conflicting parties. Taking our approach as a starting point we support them in finding solutions on which consensus can be reached. The following questions serve as our guideline:

  • What are common interests?
  • Where do differing interests collide?
  • What is the "core" problem?
  • Which aspects have the potential to create reciprocal advantage (win-win solutions)?
  • Which are the conditions for cooperation that yield mutual advantage?

As a competent partner we coordinate the dialogue process assuming the role of an neutral moderator. Furthermore Wittenberg provides an ideal place for focussed and goal-oriented discussion remote from the usual day-to-day bustle.
