The Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics is based in the historical buildings of the University Wittenberg, established in 1502. Thanks to the Leucorea Foundation which took domicile there in the year of its establishment in 1994 the former campus was turned into a modern research and convention center. Being situated in close proximity to Wittenberg's World Heritage Sites the Center provides ideal conditions for focussed and productive dialogue remote from the usual day-to-day bustle. It can be reached within 40 minutes by the Intercity-Express train coming from Berlin.
