  Dialogue on Ethic Ratings

The significance of valuing enterprises according to ethical and sustainability aspects increases remarkably. Both private and institutional investors take ethical ratings into account for their decisions, as well as the “Dow Jones Sustainability Indexes” or the “FTSE4Good Indexseries”. The reason is that responsible management earns superior yield and generates higher company value in the long term.

Following a DaimlerChrysler AG initiative, representatives of DAX companies, leading Rating Agencies, Reporting Initiatives as well as finance debated on the possibilities of companies integrating ethical, social, and ecological aspects in their performance measurement systems, how to communicate and how to verify them.
